FREE in-person, enrollment and renewal assistance for children onto free or low cost health coverage and for adults through the Affordable Care Act’s Health Insurance Marketplace is available at the Bull Street Public Library, 2002 Bull Street, Tuesday, December 8, 2015 from 5:00PM-8:00PM (Please arrive by 7:15PM).

The Campaign for Healthy Kids’ enrollment assistance partner, Memorial University Medical Center will provide enrollment assistance for parents or legal guardians for children ages 0-19 for PeachCare for Kids and Right from the Start Medicaid. If you are unable to attend the event, you may call them directly at 912-350-0317.

Health Insurance Marketplace enrollment will be provided by teams from Curtis V. Cooper Primary Health, Inc., 912-527-1000, and J.C. Lewis Primary Primary Health Center, 912-721-6726, will have Certified Navigators to help enroll adults ages 19-64. If you are unable to come to the event, both centers also offer enrollment assistance Monday-Saturday. Call to make an appointment.

Assistance is on a first come, first served basis. This event is free and open to the public.
